Internet fizz modem won't finish initalizing

This modem is never finishing the searches for download and upload frequencies and I'm in a chat with support. They haven't responded in about an hour in the chat

    meanwhile you could review the cable line if there is old splitters or tap that could be removed.

    Also look out for kinks in the cable, it could need replacement if damaged.

    It seems like their support if kinda slow today. Not much you can but try again .... maybe later?
