Trying to contact an agent and none of the links to chat work.

I would like to chat or talk with an agent and the links do nothing. Would it be possible to give me an alternative way to contact an agent ?

Sorry to hear about the issue.

I verified your account it appears to be in good standing.

If you have issues opening the chat , either try what the user elena code xzi4t  said , which I already saw you tried to do by opening a complaint from your account or and make sure that you have disabled any pop-up blockers.

On another note, you can also message us in private as Step_WYQMY  also stated.

Before you do that though, try to check if you can contact us from other browsers especially via Incognito mode.
