    hi @zakio

Can you try to reboot the phone or put in airplane mode for 30 seconds

I will also try to reset the network operator settings this will erase also the wifi and Bluetooth configuration

If you can also try the sim in a different phone

You can always contact the support,  https://fizz.ca/en/support  , and click on the green bubble on the bottom right of the page in order to chat with them to find the right solution for you.

    Hello @zakio ,
We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with your incoming calls.
After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that your phone number transfer is completed now therefore the services should be fully functional.
Please try to turn off the phone, take out the SIM card, reinsert it and turn phone back on in order to allow it to authenticate to network.
Also, make sure that your phone is upgraded with the latest software upgrade.
Besides that, follow the manipulations offered by @elena code xzi4t and, in case it will not work reach the customer service agents in order for them to be able to assist you.
Your understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated.
    Have a great day.
