Port my number

after a week of trying to port my number again and again, the fizz moderators found a solution!
they blocked my account from any chat option and I have no way to manage my plan, unsubscribe, nor even make a payment . such a crazy company I never seen in me life!!

    Hello jbs 

    Following my verification, the port in encountered an error yesterday, 27/06 at 7:26PM stating that the confirmation text hasn't been replied to.

    Please retry the transfer by accessing fizz.ca/activate -> Transfer my number, then follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure you keep the Sim from the old provider in the phone and you also reply to the confirmation text with "YES" within 90 minutes of receiving it.
