Can't Receive Incoming Calls from WSIB

Hi Everyone!

I switched to Fizz about a month ago and have unlimited talk, text, and US and 40gb data plan.

I've also recently had a repetitive strain injury due to my work and have been having to work with WSIB. I don't know if they had tried to call me before I switched as this claim has been on the books for months before I changed over.

What I do know is that, they have tried to call me multiple times in the past few days and they always get a busy signal. I've had other call me from local area codes, while roaming, from other Canadian (Ontario) area codes, and even international calls from the US and they have all come through fine.

I've even tried checking my blocked numbers, but none of them resemble the WSIB numbers I have been given.

Anyone else having this issue or figured out a fix?
