    Hi @Lorcan_D

The data will not work anymore, and you can

    • buy additional data
    • put money in the Fizz's wallet to pay for it (is not automatic)
    • ask data to other member

Just to add to @elena code xzi4t comment that you will not pay any extra money as Fizz is a prepaid service.

    Hello @Lorcan_D ,
Thank you for your post and for the interest in the Fizz mobile services.

If the data from your monthly plan will be completely used, you will not be able to access it any more therefore no extra charges.

When this happens, you can purchase an add on from your Fizz account.

To do that, you can access My plans- Manage plan-Add-ons.

The Add on will be activated on spot and it will be available for the current payment cycle and the following one ( if it is not used until then).

    Here are more details: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-an-add-on-and-how-do-i-buy-one

You can also ask for extra data in the Forum as @elena code xzi4t suggested as there are a lot of generous users.
    Have a great day.

One more thing. The unused mobile data roll over help to avoid to buy additionnal data. So the data not used the month received will be reported for two months or until you use them. https://fizz.ca/en/rollover

You can’t use data. You now have to buy some or ask for some here on the forum.
