Skip Voicemail PIN Option
Would you like to connect to your voicemail without having to enter your PIN each time? This option is for you!
Here is the path via the voicemail to configure everything:
- Dial “4” to configure messaging
- Dial “1” to manage PIN authentication
- Listen to the warning message
- Dial “1” to activate/deactivate the Skip PIN option

If the voicemail will be accessible without any PIN, it can create the privacy issues.
e.g. I know the phone number of a person who disabled his PIN for the voicemail, so I call 1-514-647-0999 and enter his phone number and I have access to his voice messages 🤦🏼♂️.

From the FAQ
The PINskip option allows you to access your messages directly without having to enter your PIN. However, you will be asked for your PIN if you wish to manually access your voicemail (by dialing 1-514-647-0999).
Probably if you are able to spoof the number is a different story
