Travel add-on that doesn't work

Last week, I purchased a travel add-on of 60 minutes calls in Canada. I am in Quebec and I'm trying to call in Yukon and it doesn't work. I says that my plans doesn't allow those calls.

    I think you should contact the Fizz support and have them look into it.

    You can get to the support chat by logging in to the Fizz website.

    Then from the menu select - Help - Support - Chat with an agent - Chat.

    Could you please try switching your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds, then switch it back to normal? After that, try reinserting your Sim and restarting your phone.
