no internet after moving
We recently moved to a different address, a technician came and setup the modem and said everything was OK. We did not check for internet in the middle of the move. Now it's been 12 days that my phone connects to the wifi but no Internet. Multiple messages to fizz with no solution. I'm very disappointed with how fizz is handling this case. Ticket #290791

We're really sorry for the inconvenience.
Following my verification, the moving order has been completed yesterday by our technical team, so please try to restart the modem and test out the services.
To restart your modem, start by unplugging its power cable, leave it until all the lights are off, allow it 10 more seconds, then plug it back in a different electrical outlet if possible, not a bar or an extender.
