How to I send a Second "Transfer Number" Request?
As per the message in my notifications I reactivated my plan with my old provider and can received texts and messages through my old SIM. But I cannot send a second transfer number request because when I do it says..."This information matches the one you already submitted. Please revise and resubmit."
What do I do?

The guide says 30 minutes.
If you get an error message.
If you get an error message saying the code you entered has already been assigned to a member, try again in 30 minutes. The system had a little glitch, but everything will be fine the second time around. In the meantime, keep your current SIM card in your phone. If it's still not working after 30 minutes, please contact customer service.But usually you should wait 2 hours between reattempts.

did you checked your email? Fizz is supposed to sent you an email with a link to resend the sms
