Is the data Im using getting charged?

so I have 20GB. It covers Quebec only. Right now I’m in Ontario, I didn’t add an add on or fund to my wallet, but still have data access. Is it taking it from my card, or not?

You will not pay for it if you don't have money in your Fizz's wallet, it is an error from Fizz enjoy till is working

Fizz is a prepaid service, and you pay for the utilization only if you have money in the fizz's wallet

Some areas are still considered as Québec.

If you are in he Ottawa region, it's considered part of your Quebec coverage

This it was the case before Fizz was available in Ontario, before they also were able to buy phones

Quebec coverage means Videotron coverage zone. If you are in Eastern Ontario/Ottawa region, you are within your coverage zone.

It all depends on the zone you are traveling to, for example, if you are in between Quebec and Ontario, most likely, you would still have coverage.  The important thing is that you will not be overcharged for anything, as Fizz is a pre-paid provider.
