Cant sign in?

When I go to sign in,
WE'RE SORRY ...
Unexpected error when authenticating with identity provider
I have tried changing passwords again, to no effect.

Have you tried clearing your cookies?

It happens to me too quite often. Clearing your cookie and trying again is your best bet.
Here is a tech trick when you got this page using a Chromium Browser (Chrome, Brave, Edge, …). Open the development console (press F12), go to the "Application" tab. Right click on Fizz under "Cookies" and click "Clear". After doing this, go back to the original Fizz login page and it should work!0 -
