Port-in issue more than 6 days?

Hi, I'm having port-in issues for almost a week now. See ticket: 290172
What can I do to help push this through? What have other done? I've provided all the info required for the transfer. All I get is "in progress" canned answers from Support.

    We are sorry about this situation, I verified your file and I noticed that the ticket is still in progress therefore, I left a note on the ticket. In these situations, I would kindly ask you to get in contact with the customer service representatives, as the users of the community do not have access to your file, and will not be able to help.
