Port-in issue more than 6 days?

Hi, I'm having port-in issues for almost a week now. See ticket: 290172
What can I do to help push this through? What have other done? I've provided all the info required for the transfer. All I get is "in progress" canned answers from Support.

We are sorry about this situation, I verified your file and I noticed that the ticket is still in progress therefore, I left a note on the ticket.
