I have used incognito mode, and I use opera in private and I tried Chrome same thing cant chat

Sorry, I forgot if I already suggested, but you should consider using facebook or open a ticket from your account. In this page you don't need a login, therefore using the incognito mode should work. If this doesn't work, it can mean that you have some kind of filter or block in your browser or internet

What happens when you try to chat? Is there an error? Does it just do nothing? Are you signed in to your Fizz account?0

You might have Adblock or popup disabled. That can cause problem

When I hit the green chat to a ajent it does nothing
