SIM card activation issue

I bought a new SIM card from Couchtard this afternoon around 4pm, 15$ plus taxes, but the activate code on the back didn't work? I logged into my account, following the steps to choose a plan and to activate the SIM card, but I stuck on the page credit card payment. I reloged in, but all the informations are saved like my address, the activation code and the plan I chose. However, the page couldn't get through. Awaiting for 3 hours, tried to contact the support, but no solution yet, some one helps

Can you try to use the browser in private mode and try it again?
Yesterday the support was very long to be contact probably they had a problem

Following my verification, your Sim and plan are active, however you have only chosen the coverage, no texts/calling/data. You can view your plan and change it by accessing your Fizz account -> My plans -> Manage my plan -> Change my plan.
