I just ordered new sim but fizz still have my old nume. I do not want use the number that fizz have as I have two phones. fizz did not ask me for phone number to import and now I see the number that I do not want import as I have second one that I want to import
please help

Following my verification, there is no active plan associated with your account. In order to transfer your number to Fizz, access fizz.ca/activate → Transfer my number, then follow the on-screen instructions. You'll need to have the plan with the current provider active and you will also need to insert either the account number or your IMEI (can be found by dialing *#06#).
