Is the customer service always this bad?

I'm having a very tough time with Fizz and they have made a terrible first impression. I have been unable to use my phone after attempting to activate my SIM. They have confirmed that my number has been transferred over from my old provider, but were not able to explain why my new SIM card is stuck on the status "activation pending."

I can't communicate with anyone the moment I step out of my apartment, because I can only use WhatsApp on wifi. No calling, texting or mobile data.

This is getting ridiculous. I can certainly understand now why they offer these plans so cheaply.

    Or you can contact them in facebook

    or you can open a ticket from your account → My Settings → Contact Form
