I I need to chat with an agent and I can't log on to my account won't allow me to chat very frustrating when I need to talk to someone now

I can see that there is an end-user on your account, so make sure you are using the right email address to log in. If you still cannot log into your Fizz account, try resetting the password. Lastly, you can use the FAQ Elena provided, as it should allow you to contact support without being connected to your Fizz account.
