Cannot Receive SMS Text Messages
Starting sometime today I am no longer able to receive SMS Text Messages.
So I can't
- log into sites that use text messages for two-factor authentication
- receive the PIN code needed to retrieve packages from my condo's parcel locker
etc.
The chatbot is useless and just asks that I rephrase my question.
I have no problem sending text messages to others.

Just copy and paste the exect same question to the chatbot a second time and he will get you an agent.
You may have to wait a few minutes for the agent.

Could you please try to switch your phone to airplane mode for a couple seconds, switch it back then try the service again? Also, reinsert the Sim and restart the phone.
