I do not want to start paying right now, since nothing has been installed yet. I cannot use the Internet while nothing is installed and I will not pay for a service that I am not receiving.

You will be invoice for the first month, but the billing cycle will start from the installation day

If you have issues using the service, I suggest reaching our customer service https://fizz.ca/en/support to help with a few troubleshooting steps and have a technician come over if nothing helps.
