Sorry to let you know that it was better to have each line in different account. Now it is too late to do it
Moreover Fizz don’t send a caller name but only the number

As elena code xzi4t already stated, they have to be on separate accounts in order to set different names for them. Since they are all under your account, they will appear under your name.
