Not able to receive Data gift
Someone is trying to gift me data but they receive this error: "This user cannot receive gifts because they do not have a mobile data plan".
I have a Fizz mobile plan with data for the past couple months. Do you know how this issue can be fixed? I need extra data ASAP.

if you still have a data plan you should be able to receive data? Check your privacy settings

Still have data on your account? you are not at 0gb at the moment?
If so i think you will not be able to receive some gift data, maybe buy yourself a 500mb data block at 8$ and then ask for some gift data again? not sure but try to help you

An addons should not count in order to receive gift data
