change address unsuccessful

I initially tried to register an account with my email (let's call it A) and clicked on the link within 24 hours - I got 'we're sorry unexpected error when authenticating with identity provider'
contacted 2 reps but nothing happened

3rd rep told me to use another email (let's call it B) and then I can change at any time

I used another email address and talked to the 4th rep to change the email address and verified and all that stuff - even got an email in old and new inbox saying it's been changed

TODAY I STILL CANNOT log in with email A.
Fizz you're making me so mentally tired...
