Did not receive my new SIM card
Hello, I placed an order for my new SIM VoLTE card but I still have not received it after 10 working days. Can you help me?

Did you check the tracking number? If it shows delivered, chat with Fizz.
Usually the support ask to buy a new SIM card and pick it up as soon as you receive a delivery notice.
For quicker access, you can also pick up a SIM card at Coop UQAM or Couche-Tard. You can see locations here:
Once you have activated the second SIM card, please contact Fizz support to get a refund for the missing SIM card.To contact the support,

Thank you for your post.
From what I can see in my tools, the SIM was received and you were able to activate it for your current plan.
Please know that, for the free Volte SIM card the delivery takes about two weeks therefore this is why there was a delay.
