Can't make or receive calls even though I have an add-on for 60 minutes of call time
I am unable to make or receive calls even though I have an add-on for 60 minutes of call time. I tried to contact customer service, but no one responded.
My phone has a signal. I am not in airplane mode.
This issue has caused me to miss many important calls, and I am very upset!

Following my verification, your current plan does not include calls, hence why you are not able to receive nor to make calls. In order to be able to do so, you need to have them added to your plan, as the Add on will not work in this case.
