Data issue - Ticket has been made over a month ago with no change!
I issued a ticket for my phone and it has been over a month with no data. Yes, my phone is compatible, yes I've done the steps required before issuing a ticket.
What is an acceptable time frame for a ticket to be resolved? Talking to a rep is like hitting a wall… Can this be escalated?
