LTE Speed pretty slow, while other providers SIM cards in my phone show way faster speeds

My mobile speed is pretty slow with the new VoLTE SIM, varies from a few Mbps to about 19 Mbps, but sometimes slower to the point that I can do nothing online, on my Galaxy phone, and on 3 other phones (Pixel 6, iPhone, and Huawei P30), on 4G (LTE), while if when testing other providers SIM cards with my Galaxy phone, the speed is way faster speeds, 123 Mbps upload and 62.8 Mbps upload with Lucky Mobile SIM card, on 4G as well, and around 40 - 45 Mbps with Videotron.

I already reset the network, the phone, even did factory reset, just in case, but as I experience the same with my Fizz SIM card on 3 other different phones, and other providers SIM cards work way faster on my phone, the issue seems to point to the SIM and not to the phone.

I noticed this especially since the new VoLTE SIM.

I am on South Shore.

Anyone experience this recently?

    Hi @Petre L.

    What is the signal that you have with the Fizz SIM? It can be a temporary congestion in your zone.

    Did you try it in different zones?

    Thank you for responding.

    I try to resolve this since March, already contacted the support when it started, reset the network settings, even manually entered the settings, did a lot of troubleshooting, my phone is also recent. I tested with other carriers SIM cards, is working fine with other carriers, but I reset it anyway, and as the issue was persisting I finally tried the SIM with several other different phones, and tested several times from different other zones, at different times of the day as well, and practically lot of the data consumed since March is because I perform download tests several times a day, from different locations, or from different other phones.
