What is wrong with the chat and voicemail function?

I've already set the voicemail pin and each time I log in, it says it is incorrect. And if I'm lucky, it will allow me to proceed. Once it allows me to proceed, it will ask me to set up and then hangs up. It is so frustrating. It is such a simple functionality but being made difficult. And nobody is on the chat service line. It just keeps repeating the Hello, How Can I help you? intro. Why does these functions revert to the beginning and disallow users to proceed?!!?!!!

    Did you try to set it again?

    Can you try to call from a different phone to see ?

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    Have you tried resetting the PIN code from your account? You can do that by going to My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced  Parameters > PIN to access my voicemail. Please note that unsafe combinations like 1234 or 4444 will be rejected.

    Go to 3 and follow the instructions and reset your pin and see if it helps. It worked for me when I was having issues.
