Porting in error: Cannot try again due to error.

Everything was going well in the set up process until I made a mistake when porting in using my account number from another provider. The option to retry the port in resulted in an error.

Does anyone know how long does it take for these errors to get resolved? It's been almost a week and I really need a new phone plan. I can't be the only one this has happened to, just trying to get a rough estimate of how much longer I need to wait. I really wanted to try Fizz but I may need to try alternative providers if this doesn't get resolved in another week or so :/

    Sorry to hear about the issue!

    I verified your Fizz account and the ticket was escalated with the highest priority possible so I advise you to wait for updates on e-mail.

    You`ll be contacted as soon as updates are given , rest assured and you can also track the ticket status in My settings - My tickets.

    Regarding the time-frame, we don`t have exact time-frames as each case can take individually a shorter or longer resolving time, depending on the complexity so your patience us highly appreciated.
