Fizz Support Chat not working at the moment!

When I try writing to the chat, I receive no response, not even from the automatic "robot".

I've tried from 3 different Fizz accounts.

I am trying to reach Fizz support regarding a recent modem order.

I’m unable to log into my Fizz account. What do I do?

You can also open a ticket from your acocunt → My preferences → contact form

It's been open for 30+ minutes now, no activity from Fizz agent, nor chat bot.

I've also opened a thread on Facebook messenger.

I have chat open on 2 devices, phone and computer. I tried 2 browsers as well.

This isn't something I want to open a ticket for, I require immediate assistance.

i have the same issue, only messenger is working… and you have to wait 9 hours for a reply
