Not receiving calls (ZTE WF723)

My sim card works (voice all dial-in & dial-out) on my moto z3 play.
However, when I insert the sim card into ZTE WF723 (Home VOIP Adapter), I can only receive incoming calls and is unable to make any outbound calls.

I have checked ZTE WF723 has compatible LTE bands with Fizz.ca. Any help?

    I'm sorry for the situation.
    Fizz is implemented to work best for mobile phones.
    Since you are using a Home VOIP Adapter some of the services might be affected.
    I recommend that you use our sim card with a mobile phone and test the services that way.

    Hi

    Check if your phone have some DTMF settings, probably the prolem is there since you are able to receive calls
