Hi,

If I change my plan in the middle of my payment cycle will the current advertised price be locked in until it becomes effective ?

For example:

Today I'm in the middle of my payment cycle and my current plan is $30.

Today I change my plan for one that is advertised at $25.

When the change becomes effective at the end of my payment cycle, the advertised price for that plan has increased to $35. Will my new plan cost $25 or $35 ?

Thanks.

    Hello @BeakBird,
As a prepaid service provider, we don’t have fixed-term contracts that tie you or us to the price of a plan. In other words, we give you the opportunity to change your plan every month so you only pay for what you need.
If you see a plan or a price that suits you better, you make the changes to enjoy it, directly in your account.
Once you submit a request for a plan, you lock in the price of that plan until you will decide that you want to change it.
In your case the plan will be at 25$ if you applied for it even if let's say 5 days later that plan becomes 35$.
Since you applied to it when it was 25$ you will keep that price until you decide to change it next time.

I chose this answer as the best for your question.
I wish you a wonderful day.
