Referral Credits - Account Wide or Specific to One Phone Number?

If I have two lines in my Fizz Moble account, and I transfer one of the lines to another carrier, do I lose all of the balance of my Referral Credits, or do I keep them as long as I have (at least) one line with Fizz Mobile?

You lose them if the credit is associated with that line

The referral credit is associated with a specific plan, the worst part, if the credit is still in pending, also the other person will lose it.

That doesn't seem to be very fair. Thay should let the customer choose where to apply the credits.

You can choose where the credit will be associated, but you cannot once you receive a referral
