I need to activate my new sim on my new phone cause I lost my old phone I faced a problem when I tried to activate the new sim, they asked me to chat with an agent, and I didn't get how to chat, it's like an impossible mission

Just be sure that you are not using some pop-up blocker or better yet open the link in a incognito window after logging to your account.
