Sorry to hear about the issue!
It looks like there was a small maintenance on the network grid in your area yesterday but it was resolved quickly as the modem appears to be online and working now.
I suggest that you restart the modem electrically ( just unplug it from the power outlet for a few minutes and plug it back in ) - and test if the service is working as more details can be found here also : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do
