Support system not available

Hi, I got a problem with my account and Support CHAT system is down for last 3 weeks.
When I'm not logged in, the Chat button is showed but as Soon I try to chat, it ask me to log in and then the Chat button disapear.
I got a problem and cannot use my mobile and I can't reach Fizz
anyone ?

It's worth it to try in incognito mode since there are frequent issues with cookies and the chat function.
