Green chat bubble

Please fix the green chat bubble when you log on to the account you can't use the green chat bubble click on it doesn't work having this ongoing issue for months now please fix

Try a different browser. Sometimes one works for me but another doesn't. Eventually it then fixes itself.

I approve wenhan's solution. I can't even connect to Fizz with some browsers...
