Fizz wifi not working

Its been 12 hours. Have tried unplugging, resetting, etc. and nothing works. The chatbot is useless and nobody from support is answering.

    Sometime the chat is tricky, try to connect ask for a question and repeat it, after ask to talk with an agent, wait 30 seconds everytime you ask a question

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. I would suggest you keep trying to get in touch with customer service, this time, using an incognito window on your browser. I can see that there were a couple of agents who were in touch with you and informed you on how to reconfigure the modem.
