Sometime the chat is tricky, try to connect ask for a question and repeat it, after ask to talk with an agent, wait 30 seconds everytime you ask a question

I am sorry to hear about this situation. I would suggest you keep trying to get in touch with customer service, this time, using an incognito window on your browser. I can see that there were a couple of agents who were in touch with you and informed you on how to reconfigure the modem.
