Perks and Upgrades

Hello,

If i were to leave Fizz and switch to another ISP, but decide to come back at a later time, would i still have my perks and upgrades? I understand that i will lose my price that i currently have for mobile and internet.

    If you do not have any active plan in your account, the rewards/bonus are lost overtime

    If this plan is the only one you have with Fizz, unsubscribing means you will lose your My Rewards points as well as referral bonuses you may have earned during your time with us.

    The perks have an expiration date associated with them, therefore, doesn't make much difference

    Hello Jared 

    Once you deactivate your plan, you will switch to regression mode instead of progression, so you will gradually lose the privileges. Here are the regression steps:

     -At the end of the month following deactivation of your services, you will lose 25% of all your points as well as the levels associated with them.
    -At the end of each subsequent month, you will lose 5% of your remaining points.
    -Regression will continue until you reach Level 3, which is the bottom level of the Program.
