Reactivation pending

Hi,

It has been now since Thursday that I am waiting for my plan to be reactivated.

A ticket has been opened but still no news and no internet.

On the website it says maximum 12 hours for a plan to be reactivated...

I am working from home and wonder on how much more time it could take.

    After making the necessary verifications, we were able to see that the ticket created for this matter is still being investigated by the technical team.

    Rest assured, as soon as they will have an update, you will be notified on the email address associated with your Fizz account.

    In the meantime, you can verify the ticket status by accessing My Settings- My Tickets.

    The ticket is created with highest priority in order to speed the process, as we can understand the need for having services.
