I'm trying to get support but no one, bot or otherwise is answering me.
I'm trying to get support as I signed up for unlimited data via a perk, and instead of that working it used all of the data I have left for the month.
When I go on chat to get help the bot sends me a bunch of random things and then when I asked to speak with a person just stopped answering me. Can I not speak to a person? You're way over charging me

If doesn't work when you ask to speak with an agent wait couple of minutes or close and start again

This is already visible in My Settings- My Tickets from your Fizz account and as soon as the technical team will have an update, you will be notified on the email address linked with the account.
