Samsung Smart tv no internet connection

Hello,
I search the forum for solutions and it seems there's none...
My Samsung Smart tv connects to the Fizz rooter/modem but it says that it's not able to connect to the internet.
The IP adress is ok, the internet works ok (other devices are connect to the internet).
I did split the wifi signal, but the tv still no internet connection.
When I connect the tv via ethernet to the rooter/modem it works!
Anyone have a solution?

    Can you try to check the IP assigned to the TV and also the DNS

    Probably you are previously configured the DNS

    Since the TV is the only device encountering this issue, this means that you need to verify it into details.
    For that, you can try to unplug the TV for a few moments and then try again to connect it to Wi-Fi in order to see if it will work.

    In case there will still be issues, I kindly suggest you to factory reset the device.
