You have 2 options

• port your number from another mobile provider from the subscription area https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area , the plan with the previous provider must be active
• or get a new number

Moreover, do you know that if you are using a referral code at the subscription, you get 25$ credit at your second payment? You can pick mine is in my name after code or pick one from here

Just go to the main fizz website. Log onto your account and go your profile and just follow the instructions to activate your sim.

From what I can see in my tools, you are trying to replace the SIM card for the current plan you are having.

This process can be done by our customer service agents therefore I kindly suggest you to reach them again in the Live Chat using this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support 

Please make sure that you will provide the correct activation code from the SIM card, as the one offered appears to be assigned to a different member.

You can also take a photo of it and send it into the Chat in order for the agents to assist you properly.
