I am not able to activate my fizz SIM card. fizz keeps declining my credit card. I opened a chat support. the agent took my documents but it is already 5 days and I do not have any update from them. Please help where I can enquire on the status of my request

To ensure successful payment for your Fizz plans, please make sure the billing address matches exactly what is reported to the institution. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Visa or Mastercard credit cards
- Prepaid Visa or Mastercard
- Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit cards
Note:
- Vanilla prepaid cards are only accepted for one-time payments.
The following payment methods are NOT accepted:
- American Express (Amex), Diners Club, and other credit cards
- Regular debit cards (except for Debit Mastercard or Visa Debit cards)
- Foreign credit/debit cards
- Funds from your Fizz Wallet
