How can someone post a question to complete the answer in forum when all the topics are closed?

I think they become closed after some time when the question gets an appropriate answer. I'm not sure if it's automated or if it's closed by thr mods.

The new posts are not closed, check also in the breaking room category

If they are posted in the right category they should not get closed.
