Just installed my wifi modem but the speed are ultra low

Did you activate it
- Log in to your Fizz account.
- You should see a tile with your order details in the Overview section. If not, go to My settings > Order history.
- Activate your modem. It will then switch to the speed associated with your plan.

The first thing you need to do is activate the modem as elena code xzi4t said, however, I can see that your modem is already activated. In this case, I would suggest contacting our customer service representatives privately, as they have access to the signals of the modem while the community members do not.
