Issue with transferring phone numbers

Is there any way I can use my current phone number? Attached is the image showing the error.

    Hello Republicofveg  ,

    Sorry to hear about the issue
    Please check if your phone comes from a zone in which your number can be transferable ( subscription zone ) and that the number is still active also.

    There are multiple zones, depending on the region from where you are coming from.
    Generally speaking this FAQ contains more details also :  but you have to select the region from where you are transferring on the top of the FAQ ( Quebec, BC , Manitoba, Ontario , Alberta ).

    You also did not attach any picture here, so if you wish to share more details on the situation, I advise you to either contact us in private by sending a message to Whizz * click our portrait - then send a message * , or by reaching our customer service
