My account is still "pending activation" after 22 hours. How long it will take?

I can do text messages, make calls, but I am not receive calls. I might have missed important calls and very frustrated. An ticket has been open since 11:30 yesterday,
but I was told waiting every time I contact Fizz.

    Hi @xun

    it seems that you have ported the number, and probably there is something with it. Usually a porting is completed in minimum and in normal situation not more than 2 hours.

    Sorry but as users we don't have much information and since you already contacted the support only a @Whizz can give you more information.

    For me, I was up and running within 1 hour. So I don't know what to tell you other than follow up with customer support.
