it seems that you have ported the number, and probably there is something with it. Usually a porting is completed in minimum and in normal situation not more than 2 hours.
Sorry but as users we don't have much information and since you already contacted the support only a @Whizz can give you more information.

For me, I was up and running within 1 hour. So I don't know what to tell you other than follow up with customer support.
