I can’t receive any calls on my phone
So I've tried everything here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone#8 and nothing seems to fix it. when someone calls they get "looks like this person isn't taking calls at the moment" i did try in another phone and still same issue

Check your service agreement to be sure that you have unlimited calls in your plan.
When did you activate your plan? Did you port the number? Are you able to make calls?
