After looking into it, it seems that phone is compatible with Fizz.

As other members already stated, your phone is certified Fizz VoLTE. ⚡️ In order to use your services in USA how you do in Canada, you need to have a certified Fizz VoLTE phone, a VoLTE Sim card and a Canada + USA coverage.
Following my verification, currently your coverage is Quebec only. You can process the change from your Fizz account → My plans → Manage my plan → Change my plan. Keep in mind that any change towards your plan has to be done at least 5 days before the end of cycle date (8/06 in your case) and it will take effect starting with the next payment cycle.😀
